CLASS 2 Certificate

Minimum of 17 years of age for PPL and 16 years for SPL and BPL

PPL – PRIVATE PILOT LICENSE

PPL(A)  act without remuneration as pilot-in-command or co-pilot on airplanes or TMGs engaged in non-commercial operations. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the licensee may be remunerated in the event of having instructor or examiner powers.

PPL(H) act without pay as pilot-in-command or co-pilot in helicopters engaged in non-commercial operations. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the licensee may be remunerated in the event of having instructor or examiner powers.

PPL(As) act without pay as pilot-in-command or co-pilot in airships engaged in non-commercial operations. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the licensee may be remunerated in the event of having instructor or examiner powers.

RPAS with a maximum takeoff weight greater than 25 kg.

SPL – GLIDER PILOT LICENSE

Act as pilot-in-command on gliders and motorsailers. In order to exercise the powers in an MTG, the holder must meet the requirements established in FCL135S. The holder with the powers of instructor or examiner may receive remuneration.

BPL – AIR BALLOON PILOT LICENSE

Act as the pilot-in-command in hot air balloons and airships. The holder with the powers of instructor or examiner may receive remuneration.

Remember:

– The clinical analysis (blood and urine) will be carried out at the same time as the medical examination with a minimum fast of 5 hour.

– You must provide optical examination results if you have visual correction.

– Provide medical reports if applicable.
